Set a little further back from the sea than most properties, on a pristine stretch of Grace Bay Beach, Hawksbill Beach House enjoys privacy and exceptional views of aquamarine seas. Between the heated pool, the firepit on the beach, and the kayaks and paddleboards, this beach house has everything you need to enjoy sun, sea and sand. Step inside…. A convivial great room with gleaming hardwood floors and high, beamed ceilings forms the heart of this inviting home. This airy room includes comfortable seating clustered around a wall-mounted TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. Wall-to-wall windows that frame picture-postcard views create a relaxed ambience; open these up and step out onto a wraparound, screened-in veranda and choose whether you want to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. King-size suites lie either side of the great room, each featuring pitched roofs, modern bathrooms and sliding glass doors onto the veranda. A third bedroom on the lower ground floor, furnished with a twin bunk over a queen-size bed and a cosy seating area, is ideal for a family with a young child, or a couple seeking a little extra privacy. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. *Thanksgiving 2025: booking reduced minimum length of stay of 5 nights needs pre-approval from the owner.
