Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date: A refund of the total lodging/tariff amount will be issued, less a 20% penalty. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: Non-refundable. The total lodging/tariff amount will be charged as a penalty. Cancellations made during Holiday Seasons: No refunds will be issued. Holiday Season includes any week that falls on Christmas House rules: Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Immediately notify us of any damage or incident to the property. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Suitable for children (2–12 years).
