Our outdoor space is full of great space for gathering, cooking outside, and time with family and friends. Our stylish home is very spacious with a large kitchen, patio, master bath & closet. Our home is very spacious with lots of room for family and friends. Managed by Heavenly Hosts - Master bedroom: 1 king size, 2nd bedroom: 1 queen size, 3rd bedroom: 2 full size beds (4 beds total) - 2 full bathrooms: Master bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub, 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo (Both bathrooms have been recently fully renovated!) - Smart TV in the living room - Full kitchen with full size appliances + Regular/Keurig combo coffee maker. Also, blender and toaster! - Cute Pup station with feeding bowls and treats for your fur-babies to enjoy - Washer/Dryer available! (Dryer sheets and Detergent pods provided) - Outdoor wood-burning fire pit, firewood provided - BBQ grill available, please BYO Charcoal. Covered pavilion in the grill area with bar stools! - Outdoor seating + outdoor dining table - Private Hot tub! BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! *stairs are located to the front porch and back porch* Permit Number: 805600_2148 Note: House is 1701 sqft Neighborhood is quiet and minutes from Main st. - This property is suitable for all children/infants. Please know we don't provide infant/toddler kits and the house is not child proof. - This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and 2 pets MAX with 25lb weight maximum. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Backyard is fully fenced. *NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY* - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
