Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath duplex on the quiet end of Elk Ave. Beautiful townhouse on Elk Ave near the end of town (towards Mt. Crested Butte). Unbelievable views of Mt. Crested Butte. Just a few blocks to downtown and to the free bus up to the ski resort. Hiking, mountain biking, and cross country trails start within 1/2 block. Small but luxurious with many modern amenities, including wood floors and ceiling, in-floor heating, granite topped counters, beautiful front yard and porch, new appliances, gas fireplace and more. Wood floors just installed in the bedrooms. This is a place to come back to in years to come as more amenities are added. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. 1 queen bed, 1 king bed. Large Living/Kitchen/Dining Room upstairs, bedrooms are downstairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room upstairs has a queen sleeper sofa and a powder room. The house does have wifi. The free shuttle stops nearby at the Four Way Stop in town which is only 2 1/2 blocks to the house. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. This property is not pet friendly.
