The first floor entrance off of Elk Ave brings you into an open concept living space with a gorgeous fully stocked chef's kitchen, inviting living room lounge/TV area and spacious dining table. Stairs in this area ascend to a bunk room with 3 twin beds, a queen bed and a full en suite bath complete with bath tub. Beyond the living area, on the first floor, you'll find two separate guest rooms both outfitted with a queen bed, and a shared full bath/shower. There is also a stairwell in the rear of the property that accesses the primary suite & a stairwell down to the basement level where the full washer/dryer are located as well as a game table and book/game collection. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. The second story houses a generous primary suite; a private haven outfitted with a king bed, desk, full bathroom, and second story deck with magnificent views of Mt Crested Butte. The front stairwell, by the living space, ascends to the bunk room as described above. You'll be able to walk anywhere in town, including the free shuttle stop which is one block away-perfect for easy access to the ski resort. Two off street parking spots are available in the alley behind the property. High speed internet and dedicated work spaces create quiet zones if you have to work while in residence. Two outdoor sitting areas, one with a table and chairs, and one with a firepit and seating, are available as well as a small fenced in backyard.
