Well appointed house on the quiet, east side of Crested Butte. Upstairs living and primary suite. Close to the Rec Path, Rainbow Park and all that CB has to offer. Great views, outside spaces, garage. A perfect place for 2 families or multigenerational families to enjoy their time in the area. The house is an "upside down house" which has the living spaces on the upper floors to better enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte. This stunning 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is located in a quiet area in Crested Butte. Enjoy the gourmet, chef inspired kitchen with granite counters, Viking range, and high-end kitchen appliances. The house is warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace, and original art. There are 2 primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs primary has an ensuite bathroom complete with king bed, TV, steam shower, double sinks, separate commode, and spacious closet. This bedroom also has air conditioning available for use June-September. Downstairs, there are three guest rooms. One is a king suite with TV, ensuite bath, soaking tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. There is a bunk room with a twin bunk, twin trundle bed and TV. The third guest room on this floor has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. There is a desk in this room as well as a TV. This beautiful 2,300 sf house is located a short walk from the main restaurant district of Crested Butte and is perfect for large families or groups looking to hit the slopes or enjoy a relaxing day in town. Guests will have access through either the front or back door. There is a back entrance w/shelves and hooks for access to the detached garage. Located on the east side of town and a short walk to Elk Avenue, Rainbow Park and the four-way stop where you can catch the free shuttle to the ski resort. Easy to navigate to bike and hiking trails that lead in and out of town. Closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk for access to the mountain base area as well as Gunnison. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. This property has a cusinart, blender, electric griddle and gas grill. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. All guests much must be 30 and older to rent this house. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. There is a garage space to store your bikes and gear or park one vehicle in. There is also an off street parking space next to the garage. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street in front of the property. Renters will need to pay attention to winter parking regulations and move cars daily in winter months.. There are a few bikes at the property that guests can use to ride around town. No events or parties are allowed. This property is not pet friendly. However, the owner travels with their dog. Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.
