Spacious bedroom with queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom that boasts a spacious shower plus open plan living downstairs that leads out into a balcony with skyline views over the city. Add in a Snooza floor mattrass to the downstairs and it's all just perfect for that third guest as well. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area give space to the balcony with its two seater table. This is strictly a NO SMOKING HOME. Only smoke out on the balcony. An Ashtray is provided. You are surrounded by eateries and the beauty of staying on the foot of Table Mountain. So certral, this location is very sought after. 5 min to town 12 min to cable Station 12 min to Camps Bay beaches 17 km to the airport 31 min to Contantia winelands 40 min to Stellenbosch winelands Loadshedding is a norm in South Africa. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Guest Access

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. House Rules and Terms

Welcome to this lovely home. Please respect the home as it is someone’s treasure. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING APARTMENT. PLEASE SMOKE ONLY OUTSIDE.

YOU WILL BE FINED FOR SMOKING INSIDE.

1. Please make sure the front door and sliding doors are closed and locked when you leave. 2. Please make sure the, stove, heaters, hair dryers, lights and other appliances are switched off before you leave the apartment. (even if for only a short while) 3. Should you require additional towels, bedding or anything else not in the apartment please let us know in advance so we can assist you. 4. Should you require the servicing of the unit, additional charges apply. See our price list in the manual in the home. We will need 24/48 hours to arrange that. 5. If Cape Town is experiencing strong winds kindly make sure the doors are closed 6. The garbage bins are at the basement of the building, parking Area. Kindly do throw your rubbish into the black bins provided. 7. Be considerate on noise levels especially after 11 pm. 8. Early check in before 3pm or late check out till 12pm can be arranged at an extra charge of R500 and are only permitted if possible. 9. No parties allowed. 10. We regret no pets allowed. 11. Adding extra persons in an alteration after confirmed bookings will incurs an extra charge of R300/person/day to cover extra bedding, towels, supplies etc. this will be charged via the resolution centre. Same applies if there are 2 persons needing separate sleeping arrangements & needing extra bedding for sleeper couch or Snooza Beds. 12. You can find your WiFi password on the Airbnb App, but feel free to ask us if you are having trouble. 13. Electricty will be charged as an extra for longer stays over 28days.
