Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size. *Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings around 6 am. Please place trash cans near driveway prior to pick up. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. Please park in driveway or garage, do not park on street. Cable channel availability may vary.
