The common space is a bit of a weathered area, but it is a short distance to your private room. We're located near NDSU and just 5 minutes from the Airport! The majority of the surrounding area is student housing, apartments, and single family homes. Since this is an apartment with other guests, you are likely to hear the comings and goings of those guests. This is a garden level unit and you may hear footsteps and some noises from the unit above you. Just as this unit allows dogs, some of the other units also have pets (dogs, cats). You will likely hear them greet you upon arrival.
