Cons - Building Management: Managed by a separate company that controls amenities; they may close amenities without notice. - Older Building: Rooms show some wear but are kept very clean. - No Air Conditioning: Rooms have heat but no air conditioning. Overall: The Grand Lodge is ideal if you prioritize location and convenience, but it may not meet 5-star expectations. However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100. Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor. You may see pets, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
