You have access to the whole property. The bedrooms/office/laundry room are downstairs, with the living/kitchen/and one bathroom on the main floor. The home is in the mountains and will have snow in the winter. 4 Wheel drive will be needed, though roads are plowed. Maximum 4 guests allowed. Our mountain home is located in a quiet, serene area of Pocatello, perfect for those seeking a getaway. While the property itself offers seclusion and privacy, you're still close enough to enjoy local attractions. The city center, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 15-minute drive away. For your everyday needs, grocery stores and other essential services are also within a short drive. The neighborhood is ideal for those who appreciate the beauty of nature, with opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking. There is Wifi, but no TV/ electronic entertainment. Absolutely no events/parties allowed. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies.
