A 35 m² flat on the tenth floor for up to three: a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a third guest. Both rooms have windows onto the Sacramentinos Basilica, and Parque Almagro is three minutes away. The bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchenette covers everyday cooking and the building has a 24-hour coin laundry. Good for a small family, or two friends travelling with one more.

The table works as a spot for a laptop. and heating. Kitchen Kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and fridge, plus dishes, utensils and wine glasses. Bathroom · Bathtub with a shower curtain; hairdryer provided. Hot water comes from a limited tank: about eight minutes at a time, then 45 to 60 minutes to refill. In the building Lift, front desk and a coin-operated laundry room open 24 hours. No parking with the flat; paid car parks are available outside the building.
