The bedroom has a double bed, a TV, air conditioning and a door straight onto the terrace, and the kitchen has room to sit down to eat. The building has a gym and a 24-hour laundry room, so it works well for a stay of a week or longer.

Living Sofa and a low table, with Smart TV and Wi-Fi in the flat. Kitchen Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, plus knives, cutlery, dishes and wine glasses. The dining table by the window seats two and is also a good spot to work on a laptop. Terrace Table and chairs, with a view of the surrounding buildings. In the building Concierge and lift, a gym open from 5:00 to 23:00 (register at reception) and a laundry room open 24 hours, paid by coin or app. A bar room and a barbecue area can be booked at reception for an extra charge. There is no pool. The building has no parking; paid public car parks are nearby. Iron available. Self check-in.
