Metro Parque Almagro is a four-minute walk, and Plaza de Armas, Cerro Santa Lucía and Barrio Lastarria are all on foot. There is a proper desk in the living room, air conditioning that also heats, and a terrace with a table for two. Suits a work trip, or a parent travelling with a child.

50 m² on one level, with a living and dining area that opens onto the terrace and the two bedrooms off to the side. Bedrooms · Main bedroom: king bed, bedside table, a round mirror, blackout blinds and a Smart TV. · Second bedroom: a single bed by a large window, with its own Smart TV. A cot can be arranged in advance with the host. Bathrooms · Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Hairdryer provided. Living and dining Sofa, coffee table, a wooden TV unit with a Smart TV, and a dining table. The desk against the wall is a good spot for a laptop. Split air conditioning (cooling and heating), portable fans, Wi-Fi, a safe and a few board games. Kitchen Breakfast bar, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender, plus pots, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace A glass table with chairs for a coffee outdoors. In the building Reception, lift, an outdoor pool (open in summer, December to March) and a shared terrace with armchairs and city views. Private parking inside the building, suitable for small and medium cars. Self check-in.
