This modern studio apartment is designed for comfort, calm, and ease in the heart of the city. With clean lines, warm wood accents, and natural textures, it offers a relaxing place to recharge after exploring Athens — all just steps from Syntagma and Ermou Street. ✶ THE MAIN SPACE ✶ Thoughtfully designed as an open studio, this space blends rest and relaxation seamlessly. A comfortable queen bed invites restful nights, while the sofa bed adds flexibility for extra guests. Natural light fills the room during the day, and soft, warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening. A Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi make it perfect for unwinding, working, or planning your next adventure — all within a clean, uncluttered setting designed for total ease. ✶ BATHROOM ✶ The bathroom feels fresh and refined, with a walk-in shower and a distinctive stone basin. Its clean layout and spa-like materials make daily routines feel easy, comfortable, and a bit more special. ✶ KITCHEN ✶ The kitchenette is compact, modern, and easy to use, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. It’s ideal for quick meals, snacks, and slow mornings with coffee before heading out. He gave clear transportation instructions and allowed us to drop off our bags after check out. The studio is exactly as described, with a great location that is just right off Ermou street. Mornings start with coffee on nearby streets before wandering toward markets and landmarks. It’s the perfect base for exploring Athens with everything just steps away. In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these services. Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations) In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours: Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00 Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30 During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited: Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas) Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced.
