All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team. Golden Glades is an urban and really calm neighborhood. The perfect place to enjoy everything Miami has to offer. The best thing is that it's located only minutes away from the Pristine Beaches of Miami. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors. - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, please request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
