BEDROOMS: 1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV, and access to the backyard and to a full shared bathroom. 2. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom. 3. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom. 4. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom. *Two extra folding beds. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. Golden Glades is an urban and really calm neighborhood. It's the perfect place to stay because it’s very close to all the main attractions, specifically from the Pristine Beaches of Miami. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors. - This property is pet friendly. $300 USD per pet. - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
