All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. Golden Glades is an urban and calm neighborhood. It's the perfect place to stay because it’s very close to all the main attractions. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors. - This property is pet friendly. $300 USD per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior to arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
