This spacious, family-friendly apartment is the perfect place for a seaside holiday with children. Designed for up to four people, it has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort during both short and longer stays. It consists of a cosy living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The living area opens onto a terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa that provides a comfortable sleeping space for two people, as well as a Smart TV with access to terrestrial television – perfect for family movie nights. The warm, homely atmosphere is enhanced by carefully selected accessories, a calm colour palette, atmospheric artwork and subtle lighting that together create a welcoming family vibe. The kitchenette is equipped with all essential appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, mixer and a capsule coffee machine. At the heart of the kitchen is an island that serves as a table for two, with comfortable bar stools. The bedroom features a large, comfortable king-size bed that guarantees a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine – a practical convenience, especially for longer stays with children. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, offering convenient internet access at any time. The interior is decorated in light, natural tones with grey accents, giving it a modern and elegant character. The seaside apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building in the Feniks housing estate in Kołobrzeg. It is an ideal place to relax, offering a balance between relaxation and activity. The Podczele district delights with its seaside landscape, quiet streets, proximity to parks and squares, and well-developed bicycle infrastructure. All this makes Kołobrzeg a real gem on the map of northern Poland. The sandy beach is about 13 minutes' walk from the apartment. The property is only 650 meters from the Podczele-Airport viewing terrace, from which you can admire the picturesque seaside landscapes. The Kołobrzeg train station can be reached in about 14 minutes by car, and the Lighthouse - one of the symbols of the city - is 8.9 km away. There are many retail and service outlets in the area, which provide everyday convenience and access to the most necessary services. The Feniks estate offers its guests numerous amenities, including a children's playroom, gym, summer kitchen with barbecue and two swimming pools. The indoor pool is available all year round, while the outdoor pool is open during the summer season (July-August). Note: Use of the pool is included in the price of your stay. Entrance cards are located in the apartment, and tickets are issued daily from 9:30 in the security room. After 20:00, the pool is only available to people over 16 years of age. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are open from 10:00 to 22:00.
