While cinder block construction minimizes sound, please be mindful that the neighboring unit may be occupied. Trash pickup occurs every Thursday. Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of. 📌 Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use 📌 Front-Facing motion detector & audio recording cameras outside the property and at the entrance for your safety & security. 📌 Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed.
