This home is strategically located just 5 minutes away from the Tucson Convention Center, ensuring you're at the heart of the action. - There are 2 designated parking spaces for you! - Additional parking spaces subject to availability on the street - Front-Facing motion detector & audio recording cameras outside the property and at the entrance for your safety & security. - Train Nearby: This home is located in close proximity to a train track. However, we have taken measures to mitigate any potential noise disruption. We provide white noise machines and complimentary earplugs to help ensure a peaceful and restful stay. - Highway Noise: Please be aware that the house is situated near a highway, and you may hear occasional car sounds when in the backyard. While efforts have been made to minimize any inconvenience, it is important to note this potential noise factor. - Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home. Pet fee and rules: - 40-pound limit (2 dog limit for the home) - All dog poop left in the backyard/front yard must be picked up, please! (We provide supplies for this!) - $50 Flat fee for stays of 5 days or less - $15 per day for stays longer than 5 days. We value your comfort and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
