(no floor to floor access) Fully furnished living, dining and kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, local telephone, central H-AC upstairs, 2 TV-VCR. Sunroom with TV and VCR. Dining seating for 8 plus 4 barstools. Outside shower, floating dock and private pool overlooking the waterway. Picnic tables, charcoal grill. This house is on a deep water channel perfect for fishing and enjoying the relaxing views. Dog Friendly! Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs has 1 queen bed. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. Downstairs has 1 bathroom. Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense. Located on 60th Ave N in the Cherry Grove Beach section of NMB along the channel. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy.
