This popular complex offers the convenience of lift access for your comfort. Situated on the sea front, the studio provides breathtaking views of the ocean. Step onto the cosy balcony, tastefully furnished with a patio table and two comfortable rattan chairs, complemented by a convenient sun awning. As you enter the studio through the patio doors, you'll find a well-appointed space featuring a double bed, bedside light, large mirror, chest of drawers, music stereo, and a flat screen TV with a selection of English and international satellite channels. A small table accompanied by two wicker chairs and cushions creates a delightful corner for meals or relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances such as an oven, 2-ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The bathroom boasts a convenient shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC, and a washing machine for your convenience. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide linen and towels for all guests. Should you require fresh linen and towels during your stay, an optional linen/towel change is available for a nominal fee of 8 euros per person. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and if desired, an extra cleaning service can be arranged for 12 euros per hour. Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years of age or older, as per our policy.
