This lovely studio is situated on the Tenerife block on Parque Santiago III, the most popular complex in South Tenerife. The studio is well equipped with wifi internet and a washing machine. Parque Santiago III - Studio is a lovely property, situated on the Tenerife block with garden views and a small pool view. It is ideal for guests with mobility issues, as the front door is on the ground floor with only 6 steps up to it. And guests can get to the pool without steps by taking the lift down to the shopping centre.  The terrace is raised up giving better views and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a clothes airer.  Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV with English and international channels, dining table and chairs. The studio also has wifi internet access.  The bedroom area has 2 single beds, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above, WC and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided.  There is an optional linen/towel change for 8 euros per person.  The apartment will be cleaned for guests arrival.  An optional extra clean can be arranged for 12 euros per hour. As this is a studio it is suitable or 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children, but not 4 adults. Lead guest should be 25 years or older.  No groups of all males or all females.  No parties or events. If booking more than 98 days before the check in, the deposit required is 40% of the total payable. Otherwise, the full payment will be needed on booking..
