The Griggs home is a very spacious, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage. It's located approx 1 mile south of Tahoe City and is beautifully furnished with knotty pine furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, telephone, television with cable, DVD, stone fireplace in the living room and it gets lots of sun. The primary bedroom suite on the upper main living floor is complete with shower stall and Jacuzzi spa tub. The kitchen is also fully equipped for all your needs and there's a large dining room table that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, sunny deck with hot tub, patio furniture (summer only) and a gas BBQ area. Wireless internet also available. Walking distance to Tahoe City as well as many hiking and biking trails. It's also close to world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe! This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation! There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked. Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning.
