The home also features a washer and dryer, 52" flat-screen HDTV with cable, high-speed wireless internet, stereo with USB/Bluetooth connectivity, and a cozy gas woodstove for those cool Tahoe evenings. The bonus room upstairs also has a Roku TV with free cable, and you can stream your own movies. With level access and parking for up to five vehicles (in the driveway only, no street parking), it’s both easy and convenient year-round. Step outside to a large deck and patio area perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, complete with picnic tables and a gas barbecue (summer only). For fun and recreation, enjoy a ping-pong table and a horseshoe pit during the summer months!
