Our fully equipped home features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig with k-cups, and everything needed to cook family meals. Outside, enjoy the private dock, boat house, propane grill, fire pit, and multiple decks for lounging or dining. **Entertainment & Extras:** - Private Movie Theater - Arcade games, board games, ping pong, Smart TVs, books - Fire pit with lake views - Private boat ramp and large dock with swim platform - 2 Kayaks + 2 Paddleboards - Private Hot Tub - Private Movie Theater Room - Yard Games - Washer & Dryer - Essentials provided – linens, towels, iron, hair dryers **Additional Information:** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. - Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking - No Pets without prior approval **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
