Metro Parque Almagro is four minutes on foot, and the old centre, the museums and Barrio Lastarria are within walking distance. Good for a couple on a first visit to Santiago, or for a week or two of work.

Bathroom · One bathroom with a shower. Hairdryer provided. Living and dining Sofa, a small dining table and a Smart TV (streaming apps, no cable TV), with a large window that lets in plenty of light. Air conditioning that also heats, and Wi-Fi. The dining table works for a laptop. Kitchen Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus pots, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace Two black chairs and a view across the neighbouring buildings. In the building Concierge, lift, gym, a laundry room and a shared terrace with loungers. Private parking included, suitable for small and medium cars. Self check-in.
