The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room. The unit is located only a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or to wander any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surroundings. Guests must complete a rental agreement. This is a non-smoking property on premises and balcony. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
