This spacious villa provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment: • Four well-appointed bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds (135 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and tub, the other with a private terrace. Two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and another with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. • Four modern bathrooms: Two en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and tub, one with shower), one shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. • Inviting living spaces: A spacious living/dining room on the ground floor with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining table for eight. A large living room on the lower level offers additional space for relaxation and entertainment, with sofas, a play area featuring table tennis and table football, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. • Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, which also features a dining table. • Climate control: The living/dining room and one bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. The other bedrooms feature ceiling fans. Thick stone walls help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Mosquito nets are also provided for your comfort. Outdoor Oasis Indulge in the beauty of the outdoors: • Large terrace: Enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the countryside from the expansive terrace. • Covered chill-out area: Relax in the shade and unwind on comfortable seating. • Dining area: Share meals al fresco under the pine trees at the outdoor dining table. • Private pool: Take a refreshing dip in the 8 x 4 meter saltwater pool, which features a gradual depth of 1.10 to 2.10 meters, stairs for easy access, and eight sun loungers. A toilet is conveniently located near the pool. • Outdoor shower: Rinse off after a swim or a day at the beach. Nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, Alaró is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby. The town square offers a charming setting for evening relaxation, with diverse dining options to suit every taste. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
