Nestled in a picturesque valley between Petra and San Joan, Villa Son Perxa offers a tranquil escape on a sprawling former agricultural estate. This authentic Mallorcan house, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests, boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and modern comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. This spacious villa features: • Five cozy double bedrooms: Each thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. • Four modern bathrooms: Three with luxurious bathtubs and one ground-floor bathroom designed for accessibility. A separate guest toilet is also available. • Two inviting living rooms: Relax and unwind in the spacious living areas, complete with comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV, and two open fireplaces for cozy evenings. • Elegant dining room: Gather around the large dining table for memorable meals with family and friends. • Well-equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and Italian coffee machine. A second table in the kitchen provides additional space for casual dining or socializing. Outdoor Oasis Enjoy the stunning Mallorcan outdoors: • Expansive pool terrace: Relax and soak up the sun on the spacious terrace, complete with 10 high-quality loungers, parasols, and beautiful lighting for evening swims. • Large swimming pool: Take a refreshing dip in the 15-meter pool, or let the little ones splash around in the dedicated child-safe area. • Covered terraces: Dine al fresco or unwind in the shade on the multiple covered terraces surrounding the house. • Barbecue area: Savor delicious grilled meals prepared on the brick barbecue. Son Perxa is ideally located for exploring the charming towns of Petra and Sineu, known for their traditional markets, shops, and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is just a short drive away, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The villa is also situated along one of Mallorca's most scenic cycling routes, with secure bike storage available for cycling enthusiasts. For very large traveling groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house alongside others in our range:"Palmeral" and/or "Sa Pleta". All properties are close to each other but are fully independent and feature a high level of privacy. These and three other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans! Parties cannot be held in the villa in order to be considerate of the nearby holidaymakers. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
