This recently refurbished stone house is hidden on a mountain top above Llucalcari overlooking the sea, just a short drive up the hill from Deia and the beach of Cala Deia. It is just a short drive from the village where you will find an array of shops and restaurants. The estate of 13 hectares of rustic land is surrounded by the Sierra Tramontana, with orange, grapefruit and olive trees. It is a perfect retreat away from it all. The property is split over two floors and there is private parking both undercover and outside. The living areas include two lounges, an office, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, various terraces, a garden and a nice size swimming pool with breath-taking sea views. This luxurious accommodation includes four newly designed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. A housekeeper is included 3 hours per day (not on Sundays). Towels are changed daily and linen weekly. We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. **License Number: VT/103998
