Two queen bedrooms feature adjoining, newly appointed full baths for added convenience. On the ground floor, there's a third bedroom with a double and a twin bed. For additional sleeping space, head up to the loft where you'll find a raised platform full bed and two twin beds. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy Smart TV during your stay. Off-street parking is provided, and you'll have a spacious yard with a picnic table and chairs to relax and unwind. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
