License # 001640 This property does not have air conditioning. Yes, we are pet friendly! There is an additional pet fee of $60 if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max). Note: Under no circumstances can you leave your pet(s) unattended at the property - there are doggy day care/ dog boarding options or take your pet with you! Violations of this may be met with a $100 fine or we may ask you to check-out early. Note: Because there is a unit upstairs, we do prefer guests keep any noise at a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this.
