Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay. For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur. There is strictly no smoking inside the property and no parties allowed at this property. Smoking is allowed on balcony only, providing doors are kept shut. Please note, whilst the apartment is within in a hotel complex, it is to be treated as a private self catering holiday rental, and therefore no room service or daily cleaning is included. Shared hotel based facilities including the pool, spa and gym are managed by the building and may occasionally close for cleaning or maintenance with little notice.
