The “Beach & Pines” is a bright and beautiful 3 bedroom Bluestone home emanating warmth, comfort and tranquility in the heart of Glenelg South. The property is superbly decorated throughout, featuring 3 large bedrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and boasting a private courtyard for outdoor entertaining. Free WIFI & Netflix is also provided. A perfect space for families or groups travelling together. Open the door and walk through the stained glass arch windows to this spacious character filled 1890s heritage bluestone home, beautifully restored with all the modern conveniences, whilst in keeping with it's gorgeous old world charm. Perfectly located in Glenelg South, a beachside suburb with magnificent pine trees lining its picturesque streets. The living and dining areas have been furnished perfectly for our guests comfort and enjoyment, with a large corner lounge suite, flat screen TV with free Netflix, and some board games. The dining table is extendable with extra chairs available if you are travelling with a larger group. Each bedroom is comfortably styled, bright and airy. For your comfort, reverse cycle air-conditioners are located in all bedrooms and the loungeroom. 2 Queen bedrooms, and third bedroom with a double + single bunk bed, sleeping a maximum of 7 persons. All quality linen provided, including one large bath sheet towel and facewasher per guest. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and stove, stainless steel fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and an array of cooking equipment and utensils for the avid home chef! Should you opt to eat out (you are on holiday after all!), there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and we also provide recommendations with some of our local favourites! The modern all in one bathroom features a shower over full length bath, with a hairdryer provided. Washing machine and dryer are also included, and some complimentary laundry powder is provided, along with an iron and ironing board. The property opens out onto a family sized sunny back courtyard with large table to relax and enjoy dinner or a vino on those warm Glenelg evenings, as well as a BBQ to complete the quintessential Australian beachside living. Glenelg South is a popular and safe suburb, walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants and hotels. This property is nestled in a popular suburban area on a bustling street in Glenelg. There is cafe across the street and a little shopping centre only a few hundred meters up the road with a Foodland, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser etc. A mix of holiday renters and permanent residences surrounding. Being respectful of noise and neighbours is very important. Likewise, Glenelg is a busy place and the location of this house lends itself to the vibrant suburban buzz from the area. Please note the driveway access to the carport is extremely tight. ***Larger vehicles, utes or SUVs, may have difficultly getting in and out the very narrow driveway. Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. We provide starter amenities only, which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry powder & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur House trained pets are welcome by negotiation, and an additional $100 pet stay fee applies. Please discuss with us before making your booking. Please note that our lawnmower contractor attends to the property every 3-4 weeks on a Thursday after 9am. As this can depend on weather conditions, we cannot advise in advance which day they will attend, however they usually knock at the door just to let guests know they are there before entering the backyard. ******************************************************** For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process.
