This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay). • Must be 21 or older to book this condo. • This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. • Condo is located on the 1st floor of Building 6 and requires stairs both up and down. • 4x4 vehicle recommended for Smoky Mountain travel. Roads are paved, but weather conditions can vary. • Fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood. • Coffee maker is a Keurig + regular combo—bring K-Cups or ground coffee. • Summit Condos amenities are HOA-controlled. Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes around the end of August (subject to change). • Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round but may close for HOA maintenance without notice. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
