This unit offers the added benefit of a private garage with direct internal access—ideal for security and convenience. Alternatively, you can enter through a charming garden entrance that leads to a shaded patio at the front of the unit, perfect for a morning coffee under the trees. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living area with a compact but functional kitchen. While not a full kitchen, it includes all the essentials: a fridge, microwave, induction stove, and basic cooking equipment. Please note that the indoor fireplace is decorative and not operational. The spacious bedroom features air-conditioning and a unique layout. While the toilet is enclosed, the shower and dressing area are situated just behind the bed’s headboard, offering a more open-plan experience. The property includes access to communal laundry facilities. Our housekeeper visits every Monday and Thursday and can assist with personal laundry for a small tip. For longer stays, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning service with fresh linen and towels. Although there are other guests staying on the property, all units are hosted by us, and your apartment is entirely private and exclusively yours. House Rules and Terms

Please read and comply with the following

1. Check-In Policy Self check-in is permitted, but in-person check-in is strongly advised due to the property’s layout.

Late check-in fees

After 17:00 – ZAR 250 After 22:00 – ZAR 450 2. Noise Policy No loud noise after 21:00. Absolute silence after 22:00. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking anywhere inside the apartment. Penalty for violation: up to ZAR 1 000, charged immediately. 4. Guest Registration All guests must register and submit a copy of their passports within 24 hours of booking confirmation. 5. Visitor Policy Maximum of 2 visitors at any time. Overnight stays are permitted only for registered guests. 6. Electricity Policy A complimentary electricity allowance is provided. Excessive usage will result in a request to top up at your own expense. Long-term stays (over 28 nights): R 1 000 allowance only; thereafter, you must recharge electricity yourself. 7. Load Shedding We cannot be held responsible for inconvenience due to City of Cape Town power outages. 8. Shared Facilities The main entrance and laundry facilities are communal and shared with three other two-guest units. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in fines, additional charges, or termination of your stay.
