About the Home

The Villa is a contemporary private villa in one of Ibiza’s most convenient southern locations, offering privacy, sea views, generous outdoor space, and easy access to many of the island’s best-known destinations. The villa is ideally located close to Ibiza Town, Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza Airport, Las Salinas, Ibiza Port, Ushuaïa, Blue Marlin, and the beaches of the south coast. The property enjoys direct sea views towards Las Salinas and Formentera, with natural light throughout, multiple balconies, large terraces, and several spaces designed for relaxed summer living. Living and Outdoor Spaces The villa offers one indoor lounge and two furnished outdoor lounge areas, creating plenty of space for guests to relax together or enjoy quieter moments throughout the day. Inside, guests will find Wi-Fi, Netflix, a flat-screen Smart TV, mobile Bluetooth speakers, comfortable sofas, a dining area, coffee table, and seating. Outside, the villa features two large terraces, a BBQ station, and a shaded outdoor dining area, ideal for long lunches, evening meals, and relaxed pre- or post-dinner gatherings. The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and is complemented by a Balinese bed, three large sun umbrellas, and ten sun loungers. The property includes a private outdoor play area with a swing, trampoline, Wickey tower playhouse, basketball area, and space for children to enjoy during the day. House Rules and Terms

Refundable breakage Deposit We will block a refundable breakage deposit of €2,000 upon arrival for extra services or damages. This refundable breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within three working days after check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any extra service fees or damages to claim. We can offer our guests a boat charter, transfers, extra cleaning, a private chef, and food and spirit shopping service at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information to book this optional service. House Rules Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time is 15:00 or 16:00 (per your property reservation agreement), and check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person. Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property. The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. We will provide you with three keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy. The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests. Extra guests will be charged per night for the total stay.
