Sea La Vie in Cala Salada extends over three floors and captivates on the one hand with its charm and on the other hand with a detailed, dreamlike sea and jungle views. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with spectacular sea views, a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi, the chill-out lounge area with a large flatscreen and another bedroom with sea views and an en-suite bathroom. On the middle floor, you will find two more bedrooms with sea view and bathrooms and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer. On the lower floor, the living-dining area has an open fireplace, a fantastic sea view, and a fully equipped, open kitchen. Everything you need, such as a fridge, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine and juice extractor, can be found here. All in all, the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery. The breathtaking sea view is also fascinating in the entire outdoor area. Various terraces with chill-out possibilities, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a fabulous pool invite you to relax here. The large dining table is excellent for enjoying the BQQ prepared on the large gas barbecue. Sufficient sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor toilet allow relaxed sunbathing by the pool. Although the property has a car parking space, the beach of Cala Salada is a 5-minute walk away. Cala Salada is a cove on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It is in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany and is 2.9 miles north of the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany. The village of Santa Agnès de Corona is 5.4 miles north east of the beach. It takes 25 minutes’ drive to Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza Port, with most of Ibiza’s hotspots just a 20-25 mins drive away. The airport is a short 25 mins drive offering guests the ultimate in style, luxury and convenience. We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detectors and sensors, a remote control gate and an audio device. It is not allowed to tamper with these security devices required to protect our guests and property.
