About the Home

Sea La Vie in Cala Salada extends over three floors and captivates on the one hand with its charm and on the other hand with a detailed, dreamlike sea and jungle views. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with spectacular sea views, a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi, the chill-out lounge area with a large flatscreen and another bedroom with sea views and an en-suite bathroom. On the middle floor, you will find two more bedrooms with sea view and bathrooms and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer. On the lower floor, the living-dining area has an open fireplace, Indoor SONOS Speaker System, a fantastic sea view, and a fully equipped, open kitchen. Everything you need, such as a fridge, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine and juice extractor, can be found here. All in all, the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery. The breathtaking sea view is also fascinating in the entire outdoor area. Various terraces with chill-out possibilities, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a fabulous pool invite you to relax here. The large dining table is excellent for enjoying the BQQ prepared on the large gas barbecue. Sufficient sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor toilet allow relaxed sunbathing by the pool. Although the property has a car parking space, the beach of Cala Salada is a 5-minute walk away.

Good to know

We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detectors and sensors, a remote control gate and an audio device. It is not allowed to tamper with these security devices required to protect our guests and property.

The Neighborhood

Cala Salada is a cove on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It is in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany and is 2.9 miles north of the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany. The village of Santa Agnès de Corona is 5.4 miles north east of the beach. It takes 25 minutes’ drive to Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza Port, with most of Ibiza’s hotspots just a 20-25 mins drive away. The airport is a short 25 mins drive offering guests the ultimate in style, luxury and convenience.

Guest Access

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.

House Rules and Terms

Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time is 15:00 or 16:00 (per your property reservation agreement), and check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person. Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property. The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. We will provide you with three keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. Guests are not allowed to tamper with the property's alarm system, internet and security cameras. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy. The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests. Extra guests will be charged per night for the total stay. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for being so considerate.
