Villa Tavaris is located in a quiet spot, conveniently close to some of Ibiza's best beaches and restaurants, in the Sa Carroca area. This villa is the ideal place for those who seek a private haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, and the supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away. Built on one level, to an incredibly high standard using quality materials such as granite and marble, this property is designed with impeccable taste. The bright, open-plan living areas open to a terrace with a lounge/dining area, overlooking the garden and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the dining area comfortably seats 6 people. The villa also has a separate laundry room. The cosy outdoor areas are surrounded by beautiful well cared for gardens, ideal for relaxing in the shade or in the sun on the hammocks or the Balinese bed overlooking the swimming pool, with lovely views to the mountains. End of stay cleaning included in rental price. We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. **License Number: 2014059707
