The view from here is breathtaking. Waking up in the morning to the birds singing while sipping coffee and admiring the sea is what you will miss the most once back at work. It is only 6 minutes to Santa Eulalia, 12 minutes to Ibiza town, and 5 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The property is on a stunning 3,000 m2 hillside plot surrounded by its private estate of 550 Olive trees and pine forest. Its beautiful natural setting is only a few km from Santa Eulalia village, 13 km from Ibiza town centre, and 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach. The villa's views span across the campo, over the famous Santa Eulalia church and out to the gorgeous coastline, offering guests a breathtaking backdrop and incredible sunrise. The 336 m2 villa can comfortably accommodate ten people, consisting of 5 bedrooms (all 5 with double beds), and the property is beautifully finished and furnished. Each bedroom has its ensuite with a shower, and two of the bathrooms have Jacuzzis. Can Sonrisa offer its guests the perfect balance of comfort, luxury and convenience for a truly unforgettable holiday in Ibiza. INDOOR SPACE On the ground floor, you will find a stunning open-plan living room (with AC / fireplace), which effortlessly links the dining room and a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, offering guests excellent indoor relaxation and entertainment options. This vast space opens to the outdoor dining/pool area offering guests seamless access and views to the breathtaking views. There are also two spacious ensuite bedrooms and a common area that guests can use for staff during their stay. On the first floor are three large ensuite bedrooms, one with a little private terrace and the other with a big shared terrace from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views. The villa offers fibre optic Wi-Fi service, AC throughout (cool/ warm air), Smart TV, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and safe and alarm system, offering guests the perfect fully equipped home for an unforgettable holiday. OUTDOOR SPACE Outside you can relax in the fantastic 15m2 swimming pool and its surrounding sun terraces and chill-out areas. And why not enjoy a delicious barbecue by the pool or chill out in the tranquillity of the beautiful gardens. For the more energetic guests, you can have a game of tennis, badminton, basketball, football on our tennis court with sea views. We have a ping pong table as well. An outdoor picnic area in the beautiful gardens and surrounding Olive groves. Quiet and private Neighbourhood. Wooded location yet in 8 minutes you can be on the beach and eight - ten minutes in Ibiza town or Santa Eulària to enjoy the magical island of Ibiza. We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detectors and sensors, a remote-controlled gate, and an audio device. It is not permitted to tamper with these security devices, which are required to protect our guests and property. We block a refundable breakage deposit of €2,000 at checking on a credit card. This will only be used if there is damage, a fine to be claimed, or extra services booked.
