Lounge by the fire in the living room or pull up a barstool in the bright kitchen and enjoy the light that floods in through the walls of glass. These sliding doors provide access straight onto the terrace where you can lounge poolside if you prefer. Relax in the giant whirlpool bathtub of the master suite to enjoy marvellous views to the sea. Or head to the 12m x 2m indoor pool, where you?ll find a treatment and chill-out zone. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. **License Number: ETV-1143-E
