About the Home

Situated on 6 acres near San Rafael, this hidden gem offers a perfect holiday in Ibiza with beautiful views. Although the villa is secluded and private, the San Rafael Centre is only five minutes away. The front of the property has beautifully manicured natural gardens flowering throughout the seasons. We have our own grape vineyard around the pool and garden areas. We also have a wonderful organic herbal garden on the side and back of the property that produces herbs for our daily teas and meals. The villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station. It also has a versatile shaded outdoor dining area for those all-important pre- and post-dinner party gatherings. Shavasana Villa has a shaded chill-out zone opposite our pool. The pool is 15m x 5m and is accompanied by three large sun umbrellas and 16 sun loungers. Shavasana Villa is near many stunning Ibiza beaches, such as Salinas, Playa d'en Bossa, Talamanca, Cala Salada, Cala Conte, Cala Bassa, and Cala Jondal. As it is in the middle of the island, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive to Ibiza town and to most clubs and beaches. We provide more stringent cleaning procedures for our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All our bed linens, bathroom towels, and pool towels are professionally laundered. Lounges: The villa has three outdoor furnished lounges and three indoor lounges, each with Wi-Fi, Netflix, a flat-screen SmartTV, Indoor and outdoor SONOS Speaker System, sofas, a dining room, a coffee table, and chairs. Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with a quality range of fixtures and fittings provides everything guests could need for self-catering: fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill, oven, and microwave. The early hippies who flocked to Ibiza deemed the area unique. Because of the traditional pottery shops there, it has been declared the only artisan zone—Zona de Interés Artesanal—in Ibiza. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels, linen and maid services are provided at check-in. We can arrange additional services upon guest request. Good to know

We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detectors and sensors, a remote-controlled gate, and an audio device. It is not permitted to tamper with these security devices, which are required to protect our guests and property. We block a refundable breakage deposit of €2,000 at checking on a credit card. This will only be used if there is damage, a fine to be claimed, or extra services booked.

Guest Access

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.

House Rules and Terms

Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time is 15:00 or 16:00 (per your property reservation agreement), and check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person. Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property. The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. We will provide you with three keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. Guests are not allowed to tamper with the property's alarm system, internet and security cameras. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy. The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests. Extra guests will be charged per night for the total stay. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for being so considerate.
