This unit sleeps 4: -Sleeping Arrangements: Private Bedroom with King BD and ensuite bath , Murphy BD in Living Room -Room Features: kitchen, bar top and stools, fridge, burner, dishwasher, microwave (no oven). Separate dining area -Location: 5th FL in the East BLDG, less than 5 minutes to Crested Butte Mountain Resort Listed with @BookTraverse The Grand Lodge Overview 3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests! Pros + Prime Location: Less than an 5-minute walk to the base of the ski resort, passing by a coffee shop and restaurants. + Great Amenities: Wi-Fi, ski storage, ski shuttle, fitness center, pool, hot tub + Indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub—clean and well-maintained. + Spacious full private bedroom. Cons - Building Management: Managed by a separate company that controls amenities; they may close amenities without notice. - Older Building: Rooms show some wear but are kept very clean. - No Air Conditioning: Rooms have heat but no air conditioning. We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away! License Account # 304488 This property is NOT pet friendly. Please be aware that the Grand Lodge pool and hot tub will be closed starting April 8, 2024 for about a week for necessary preventative maintenance work. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100. -This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ). -Heating is controlled by a thermostat on the wall of the living room.
