Living Area Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating for your whole group in your living room. Relax on the large, comfortable sectional sofa and watch your favorite programs on a large flat screen TV. You have easy access to the pool area from the sliding glass doors from the living room so you can watch the action outside and take in your favorite show inside. Pool area features complete privacy with lovely conservation views. Kitchen The open concept state of the art kitchen allows for easy entertaining. Extended island allowing seating for 4 is perfect for a breakfast area, with all the gadgets and appliances you could need. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge freezer and microwave. It has all you need for in home dining with blender, coffee maker and the various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware. Swimming Pool You will be able to enjoy your own private pool and spa (heated for optional fee). This is a very large pool area with loads of room to spread out with a beautiful private view. Bedrooms All the rooms are appointed with hotel-quality linens, with 2 master bedrooms. All rooms have flat screen TV's. Kids will enjoy the Mickey, Star Wars and Minions inspired theme rooms for a fun and whimsical twist! Solterra is one of the top resorts within the Champions Gate and Davenport community areas; many restaurants are a short, 5-minute drive away along with grocery stores, bars, pharmacies and other necessities. With only 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, guests can pop between the parks and the villa to benefit from afternoon pool time, beautiful sunsets, fun nightlife and, of course, fireworks galore. Not many places can offer all this, book today. 1. Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance. 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that. 8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know. 9.This will be a self-catering house. 10. In order to use the resort Amenities you will need to visit the resort clubhouse and purchase their Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee Card. 11. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
