Close to restaurant row, put-put, Tanger Outlets and more. 2/2 sleeps 8 w/ washer in unit, & beautiful ocean front views! We are located on the 7th floor.

About the Home

We supply you with first roll of TP, paper towels, soap, etc. You can re-stock easily with many stores close by. We also provide some beach items for your use. *Please make sure to read the house rules before requesting to book. Booking this property means that you fully read and agree to the rules. *We reserve the right to ask for a larger deposit in some cases, such as groups of young adults or guests without history of rental through airbnb.This change will not be made without your approval. Stackable washer and dryer is brand new. we ask that you keep the laundry closet door open while drying close to help with ventilation. Please also clean lint out after each use. Cleaning fees and damage deposits will be higher for stays of 4 weeks or more. This complex is located at the end of Shore Drive, where the ocean meets the marsh. There's a large stretch of beach with plenty of room to spread out! Walkable to a few bars and shops, including Ocean Annies, River City Cafe and Flip Flops Bar and Grill! You can also access Pegasus Pizza, an ice cream shop and Don't Get it Twisted Bara and Grill without leaving the parking lot! You will use a smart lock to gain entry into the condo. You will have access to the entire condo, with the exception of some locked closets. Although there are a few places within walking distance, we recommend a car (parking is free for 2 vehicles). We do have taxis, uber and Lyft available as other options. We are a boutique rental management company, serving the Myrtle Beach, SC area (lic no. 26618)
