Per the HOA, no pets. No smoking. No parties. No more than 8 adults max. Quiet hours between 11PM and 6AM You will be given a pool gate code. Please do not share this code with anyone, as it is assigned only to our unit. This makes it easier for the HOA to keep track of any violations made in the pool area. You want to keep this private and have any neighbors walking in behind you to use their own code. In the case that something happens, you wouldn't want anything charged to you, that was caused by another guest. Min age to book is 24 Anything lost, damaged or broken will be charged to guest, plus possible labor fee. Any excess cleaning will be billed to the guest as well, including evidence of smoking in the unit. We reserve the right to ask for ID, and may ask for external rental agreement to be signed. Fine of $50/hr for unauthorized late check-out No locals. Must abide by HOA and city rules Any evidence of unit not being in condition as advertised (cleanliness, amenity, missing or broken item) must be reported on day one. We will offer a remedy but will not be offering a refund if you stay.
