No matter how you’ve spent your time in Myrtle Beach, we know that our beach and many attractions will make you want to return to make more memories! Bed sure to ask your hosts about early re-booking discounts. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property: Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?' A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Amenities?' A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no extra charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access. Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?' A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels. Q: 'Is parking included?' A: YES - Parking is free for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?' A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024). Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?' A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (May to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough. Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee. Q: 'Do you allow pets?' A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details. Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking. Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?' A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along. Resort Amenities: Directly on the Ocean, 24 Hour Check-In, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Hot Tubs, Free Shared Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Elevators, Laundry Facilities on Site, Fitness Room, Seasonal Entertainment, Free Parking. We love this neighborhood just North of the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation. LOCATION: Just walk out the back door of the resort to dip your toes in the sand, ride the waves, or simply settle down with a new book. If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, walk to the Cane Patch par 3 course and driving range just a few blocks away, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club! For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy. Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage. Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun! WE SUGGEST FINDING ALTERNATIVE STORAGE, SUCH AS THE PAVILLION PARKING DECK. Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home. Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up. If you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
