Bar seating for 3 plus a dining table for 4 gives everyone a spot at mealtime. 🛋️ Living & Comfort • Comfortable living area with plush seating and a Smart TV for streaming • Private patio with outdoor seating • Fast Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace • On-site coin laundry • Fresh linens and bath towels for every guest • Starter supplies, including paper products, toilet paper, and trash bags. ▶︎ Parking • Free parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles in the building's front lot. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your vehicles at all times. • The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. ▶︎ Age Requirement • The HOA requires the primary guest to be 25 or older. ▶︎ Pet Allergen Notice • This condo doesn't allow pets, but dogs have been in the unit before. If you have pet allergies or sensitivities, please keep this in mind before booking. ▶︎ Security Cameras • There are security cameras in the building's main hallways. There are no cameras inside the condo. ▶︎ Pest Control • Routine HOA pest control is scheduled every other month. Please allow access for the scheduled service. ▶︎ Privately Managed • We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
